The Building
The scale and form of the building itself has been designed to blend seamlessly with its surroundings. The seven residential floors will appear to 'float' above the pavement, on the more transparent commercial floors, which have themselves been set back to emphasise this. The mixture of high quality traditional and contemporary materials further enhance the integration of the building into the landscape, whilst creating an unabashedly modern statement. To the rear, glazed balconies afford private outdoor space to many apartments, whilst providing welcome shade to this south facing elevation.
